NMR Technique vs. Standard Methods

Conventional procedures to measure oil, fat, moisture or protein contents in Foods involve solvent extraction, IR equipments and sophisticated analytic methods that besides being destructive to the sample, they add huge operation errors, many working hours and require qualified operators. On the contrary, Time Domain Magnetic Resonance (TD-NMR) offers methods that can reach the same determinations in a safe and reliable way.

SpinLock NMR Analyzers Series offers Time Domains NMR Methodology for protein, moisture, oil and fatty acid determinations in Food. The technology is presented in one NMR Hardware and different Software Packages. By means of that software one can configure the compromise ratio between analysis speed, accuracy, data dispersion and the full analytical information, according to the customer needs.
